nication received here from the International Bureau

of the Postal Union, the Government of the French

Colonies and Protectorates in Indo-China has estab- lished Post Offices at Canton, Long tse Yunnan-Sen,

Hoihow, Pakhoi and Tchongking, and these Offices will

be included in the Postal Union.
